Accessibility Statement

Last updated: May 2026

Cleverlead is committed to improving the accessibility of our website and digital services for people with disabilities. This statement describes our accessibility goals, our current conformance posture, and how to contact us with feedback or accommodation requests.

Commitment

We aim to align our web experiences with generally recognized accessibility guidelines, including WCAG 2.1 Level AA as a target for web content accessibility.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. As we ship new features and update existing surfaces, we work to reduce barriers for assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, and zoomed layouts.

What we focus on

Our efforts commonly include semantic headings, labels for interactive controls, meaningful focus order, sufficient color contrast where feasible, alternative text for informative visuals when appropriate, and clearer validation messaging for forms.

Some areas may still be partially conformant—especially where third-party components, embedded content, or rapidly evolving features are involved.

Known limitations

If you encounter a barrier, please tell us what page or flow you were using and what assistive technology or configuration you used (if you are comfortable sharing). We will review and respond as promptly as we reasonably can.

  • Embedded third-party content may not meet the same accessibility standards as our first-party experiences.
  • Some legacy documents may not yet be available in fully accessible formats.

Feedback and accommodations

We welcome accessibility feedback. Depending on the issue, we may provide reasonable assistance or an alternative means of access while we address the underlying barrier.

Contact
